Thought I'd share the one picture we got of Darren on his big day. Unfortunately birthdays aren't nearly as fun as they were when we were kids, especially cause it fell on a Sunday. We had dinner at home and then brought cake over to his parent's house and visited for a bit. Chloe was quite the helper, she was way more into it than her own birthday.

Vwry Cute!!! I love that the ice cream matches her shirt! Birthday's definitely aren't the same...but...at least we get some good pics out of them!!!

I think we seem to have the birthday hype backwards. When they turn 1 we go all kinds of crazy and they don't have a clue what the heck is going on. As we get older they die out. That kind sucks. We should change that. Birthdays are great especially the older you get because then we just make fun of those getting "old"...you know like 27 is so old. haha!
