I'm so glad my mom got to come with me and help out this morning. These are hard days because the schedule is all messed up and I usually make 5 trips back and forth, so it was so nice to have her.
After school I got to have a little conference with his teacher and got his report card. He still just has one B and she says he is so close that next quarter she bets he will have straight A's. He is very excited about that and we will be working extra hard on writing.

Alright Luke. I'll bet that your Dad was proud. The only A he ever saw at school was in his name. I am still confused how we ended up with such smart kids.

way to go luke! we would have totally been at that burger king and saw you, those were my plans anyway... but matthew called and we all went to a burger king by his work. that would have been fun though if we met up by accident!
Way to go Luke! I miss those award assemblies. They don't have anything like that here. I'm glad he was a great sport and celebrated anyway, what a cutie!
