Let's go fly a kite

We've had this kite for a few years now and this is only the 2nd time we've taken it out.

It took the boys a bit to finally get it up. And then...

It crashed into our neighbors patio cover.

Then it got stuck on the wall. Luke wasn't willing to climb onto Darren's shoulders to get it.

I think Luke is hoping to try it out again tomorrow.

flying a kite is a lot harder than I remember from when I was a kid! I couldn't even get ours in the air :o)

Yesterday was a good day to fly a kite, it was so windy. It's hard with so many things it can crash into.

Hi,

I stumbled on to your blog and just love it! What a sweet family! Now I'm inspired to get our kite out - it looks similar to yours. So fun!

Very cute blog. I am so glad I found you. Flying a kite sounds fun. I am not sure if I have ever gone and flown a kite, but it looks fun. Try again...

So Brian and I were checking out the blogs and he noticed in the first picture that your hubby is starting to lose his hair in the back. He offered to cut it for him in the popular Brian style if you're interested!

I hadn't heard of Bob till I came here. I think Vegas is a little too hot for a jogging stroller, but I think you jogged after one of your kids. But it is perfect for more than one child especially here where the weather is so mice we are outside all the time walking to the park and beach. And since we are pretty sure we will be back we thought it would be a good investment.

Missy- Bring the family out for a visit. Our backyard is the perfect place for flying kites...no fences or powerlines!

By the way, that's one huge fence Darren scaled(made him look tiny). He still has it....
....whatever "IT" is...heehee.

Hey, are you able to block comments or the people who view your blog?
Do you know Dieta?
Wow, I'm feeling a bit uneasy knowing that any friend or foe (or wacko) has access to your life from their computer.
