My brother in law who's training to get on the fire department told me about this. I was skeptical until I watched the video. I'm going to try and get some more info on it and maybe find a class. If you're interested, let me know.

that is crazy.
i got a little teary-eyed when the baby was calling for dad.
I watched on the Today Show, the people who teach this type of swimming lesson. It was very intersting to watch. Brings on lots of emotions.
that was really hard for me to watch?!?
Wow - scary and cool at the same time.
i've seen that before, but the first time i did i was in tears. it's so cool! part of me wants to jump in and save him and part of me says to myself, duh there's a person there with a camera... they're not going to let the kid drown. i've heard the lessons are really tough to go through. more so for the parents i guess.
the news just did a segment on this the other day. the city of las vegas municapal pool on bonanza and lv blvd are teaching those classes there.
That is amazing! I had mixed emotions but I knew it was safe! I think I am going to teach my kiddos to do that!
Thanks for sharing!
Very cool. I'm like the others here, it was hard to just sit and watch. I kept thinking, "somebody get that baby out of the pool!!"
so glad I don't have a pool. But, it would still be smart to get those lessons anyway.
Wow, that's pretty crazy but I think it's a good idea.
hey, i feel badly... everyone i talked to yesterday when i said i had to run to teach sunday school (or even on my blog) they all think it's gospel doctrine... no, i'm not that smart. i'm teaching youth sunday school. i feel bad for the mixup, i'm so not THAT talented! :)
