...and started reading this yesterday.
For months I kept telling myself what a silly book.. vampires, come on. Or who has time to read books?
Since wherever I am, or whoever I am surrounded by, this saga is brought into conversation somehow. I have decided to give in and give it a shot. I am totally hooked!! Now if you'll excuse me, my kids are in bed, I'm gonna get some reading done!

I thought the exact same thing, that it was a waste of my time. I ended up loving the book. I'm sure you will too! Hopefully you'll be able to finish by the time the movie comes out!
ISN'T IT AWESOME! you are so lucky, i wish i could read it again w/o knowing what's going to happen. i've re-read twilight 3 times it's so good (4 times really, matthew read it outloud to me). i love all the books in the series, and i just got hooked this summer. i'm so glad you've finally joined us crazy ones.
i'm on the lookout for movie tickets, they're not on sale yet... but i think we need to get them early, i really think it will be sold out fast!
I had a young guy at the Barnes & Noble store in St. George recommend the book. I gave in, thinking I was the crazy one, but I got hooked. Welcome to the Twilight addiction!
I'm 1/4 of the way into the 4th book. I started the series in September. It's a very easy read, which is nice for busy people like us; especially when I average 12 hour work days! I stay up late, or get up early to get my "fix". Lauren's roommates and I don't understand why Lauren isn't interested in reading the series. I think she's being stubborn...One of the last to hold out! Oh well,it's her loss.
Have you gone to Stephanie Meyer's website? I'm not impressed with the trailer for the movie. Edward looks like a POOF! Hate the hair.
Glad you're taking time for yourself. Finding time to enjoy a book is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Live it up kid, you deserve it!
